Our Community Initiatives
Community Development
Community development is another important initiative. Community development enables us to bring people together, help them identify the problems and needs which they share, and teach them how to respond to those problems. It also includes assisting people in discovering the resources they already have and promoting knowledge, skills, and confidence so they can act together to strengthen their communities and the leadership within them. Through community development, communities can become more responsible, organize and plan together, empower themselves, reduce poverty and suffering, create employment and economic opportunities, and achieve social, economic, cultural, and environmental goals.
Youth empowerment
We firmly believe that all young people in the community should be allowed to create productive and fulfilling lives for themselves. Engaging youth in pro-social, meaningful, and community-enhancing activities helps them to gain vital skills, responsibilities, and the confidence necessary to become productive and healthy adults. Our Youth Empowerment workshop encourages children and young people to take charge of their lives. They do this by addressing their situations and then taking action to improve their access to resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs, values, and attitudes. Our goal is to empower our youth through fun activities and engaging speakers to improve their quality of life.

PROVIDE MONETARY SUPPORT
The number can be overwhelming when we look at the statistics on poverty. Millions of people live on less than $2 a day. While poverty is indeed widespread, it is easy to forget how powerful our pocket change can be when pooled together. Your donation, big or small, will improve an individual's quality of life drastically
Our Global Initiatives
Global Health
Every human being should be able to enjoy a state of complete mental, physical, and social well-being. However, good health is often overlooked in poverty areas due to the lack of money, proper healthcare facilities, sanitation, and adequate vaccination systems. Every year millions of children will die before their 5th birthday due to inadequate drinking water and adequate sanitation. More than half of these deaths could have been prevented had there been accessed to simple, affordable interventions. Global Health is essential to us because people worldwide are inextricably linked. An outbreak in one country can threaten the health of the citizens of another country thousands of miles away. The fight for global health is essential in such a connected world where diseases move as freely as people and products.
Global Education:
Education is a vital human right and a significant factor in developing children, communities, and countries. In poverty-stricken areas, restricted access to education contributes to the transmission of poverty from one generation to the next because education is intrinsically linked to all developmental goals. Such goals include gender empowerment, improving health, reducing hunger, fighting the spread of diseases affiliated with poverty, spurring economic growth, and building peace. A vital part of our mission is to introduce education in the communities we serve. Education is critical as education promotes stability, good governance, and peace. Education can be the catalyst needed to pull families and communities out of poverty. Knowledge gives children the power to dream of a better future and the confidence required to pursue a complete education, which will help generations. Education also makes a significant difference for adults. When adults learn, they become role models to their children, who also wish to learn.
